2. Service Description

Cashbox provides an ERP and POS platform including inventory management, sales processing, CRM, finance tools, and AI-powered analytics for businesses in Bangladesh.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and complying with all applicable laws including NBR VAT regulations.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion per our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cashbox is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
